Our Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 600 people for a meeting or can be divided into three sections for breakout meetings from 100-300 people. Weddings and Banquets can be set in rounds up to 500 guests with dance floor and head table risers.

The Garland ballroom is perfect for Corporate meetings, a social networking get together or a great room for a break out meeting or a banquet. Room is in front of the hotel with access from our lobby. No columns and no pillars.

The Dallas Ballroom is the perfect space to host a luncheon, corporate meeting or social event. Beautiful lighting and atmosphere for a Wedding or Reception, includes dance floor, head table risers and area for a band. Room is our main entry from foyer.

Richardson is perfect for General Session, Training Class, Graduation or Awards Banquet. Beautiful atmosphere for weddings and banquets, with dance floor, head table on risers and music. Partitioned section of our Grand Ballroom.

The Plano Ballroom is a great place to have your next meeting, breakout room or luncheon. Room is a partitioned section of our Grand Ballroom.

The Allen Room provides an intimate space for small meeting and lunches. It is a great place to host a small gathering such as a board meeting or registration area.
