Not what I expected !

As a spire member, I did not expect to have to pay any fees for a points usage stay!?.
Althoug I had no incidental expenses, this hotel charged a $25 fee + $4.35 tax to my card. When I questioned charge, attendant said that was their normal charge for a point stay. Bed shaked too much and rooms are a bit cramped.

酒店所在的路口没有任何指示或标识,只有熟悉之后才能准确转进去,我开车过来第一次和第二次,都错过了路口,用了很长时间来调头重新找。

酒店门前的停车位不够,稍微晚一点就只好停在酒店后面的停车场上。那个停车场到酒店大堂有通道,但是先下一层楼的楼梯,没有电梯!如果有一些行李的话很不方便。

硬件稍旧。服务类的还行吧,跟假日酒店这个档次相比算是正常水平。

Thank you for your recent response about your stay at our hotel. Unfortunately, for guest that are not familiar with this location trying to get here can be a little confusing, so I do apologize. As well as our parking, we have doors in the back, but no elevator to take you directly to your room. So I do understand your concerns and frustrations, but we do try to accommodate by informing all guest about our location.

I found your staff to be quite responsive to our needs. The cockroach incident was handled quickly and efficiently. The front desk people were great, allowing us to store my guitar the last day as we were not leaving the area til later in the day. Your dining room staff were also very good.
Stephanie in particular was very friendly and helpful. She would set us up with some coffee to take along in the mornings when we were heading downtown to the music festival we were attending.

Excellent place to stay in Rosemont area. Food is great along with the Bar/Restaurant area. A great place to stay short or long term.

Satisfactory stay

This hotel had some nice amenities such as the hotel bar/lounge. The rooms were old though. The paint was peeling in my restroom. Additionally there were issues with the wireless internet throughout my stay. I most likely will not stay at this hotel again.

HORRIBLE

Let's start with the positive... hotel is across the street from the CTA which takes you to the airport and downtown on the blue line. They also offer a complimentary shuttle to the airport 24/7 which takes approx 15 minutes. The negatives... the hotel is definitely dated. Room had a strong odor and when the a/c came on it was noisy and had the smell of cigarette smoke. The staff checking in was friendly during the day, but checking out was a different story. The man at the front desk had the personality of a brick wall. Don't expect a warm greeting in the morning! Everything needs to be renovated, carpet, furniture, mirrors, and mattresses. If you ever thought about having a party that dates to the 1920's this would be the place. I can imagine flappers running through the halls. I was expecting more since this hotel was rated 4/5. I was disappointed.

I would first like to apologize to you about our Front Desk Staff. I am strongly disappointed in the type of attitude this Agent gave you and believe me, there will be a conversation had about this. I do agree that our rooms are very outdated and you are not the first person to make this type of comment, which is why we are doing something about it. For Chicago it's a good value

This was a great value getting away from the expensive downtown Chicago area. So it worked out. No streak dishes in the restaurant and breakfast was greasy. No deep dish or normal pizza in restaurant either, just a thin hard flatbread pizza. Fitness center at least had dumbbells, but the AC wasn't on when I went in, so it was hot in there at that moment.
