Stay was good. Few more precautions could be taken to prevent covid spread. And there was no hot water in morning for shower or jacuzzi tub.

Good hotel, don't pay for breakfast online

Room was great. Do not purchase the breakfast special online. They do not tell you the restaurant is closed for breakfast. You get a very poor box quick breakfast.

If I were to complain about anything it would be about the lighting in the room,specifically in the bathroom, at night it is very dark.

What's Up with these People?

This is an old property, outdated rooms, decor, televisions, and attitudes. Actually, it's not a bad hotel to stay in, usually very friendly and helpful staff. But when thay screw up, they never take responsibility. Last time my room wasn't cleaned, and the front desk staff assured me it was because I was in my room the entire day. Made up story. This time I booked a room with breakfast and the additional point package. When I discovered the breakfast was in a box, I asked for it to be cancelled. On checkout, I noticed the room was cheaper than as reserved. Knowing the desk staff cancelled my breakfast AND extra points, I pointed this out to the morning front desk staff, and volunteered to pay the extra for the extra points. He said, no, their mistake so they would gift me the points. Didn't happen. Called the manager, left a message, he replied by message saying I didn't book extra points but he would gift me half of them. I replied by message asking for a call back and indicating I had email reservation proof of booked package. I've had no response from him, 4 weeks later. Bad customer service at this place. Keep the old decor and get a new manager who understands customer service.

Out date hotel

This hotel needs a complete overhaul from the front to back top to bottom
Everything from rooms to fridges to bathrooms are 15 years old. For what they charge per night it time to begin your remodeling.

For these reasons I will no longer stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone

Quick trip, short stay

We arrived and checked in with no difficulty. Covid sanitizing stations were set up throughout the hotel, though some were empty. Check in was prompt and our room was ready amd clean. We were there for a funeral and some other family experienced delays as some other rooms were not cleaned nor ready. Expect in part this has to do with extra measures for staff to sanitize rooms, overall our stay was comfortable. The included breakfast was a boxed affair, individually wrapped muffin, granola bar, piece of fruit and juice box. It didn't work for us as we have food sensitivities and allergies. Pool was open, but we didnt use it - there was signage posted to inform guests about measures to sanitize the area and alreminders of appropriate use during covid. We didnt notice anyone using it during our short time there.
