Friendly staff, convenient location and clean, comfortable rooms. What more could we want in today's covid world. Just a block from Mercy Hospital madame it easy on family while I was hospitalized.

The restaurant has reasonably priced food. It came out tasty and hot. Kids enjoyed their Quesodilla. The room was comfortable, clean, and the shower was hot right away.
Ives stayed at this hotel in the past, and it was the same overall experience, ill gladly stay there again.

The hotel was in an amazing location for our needs, close to downtown, plus the restaurant/bar services were excellent. Food was delicious! The room itself was in need of repairs, but clean.

There is no way for you to control the temperature in the room, my room was a furnace with no way to cool it down, the thermostat says heat and cool, but there system only allows heat in the winter and I had to turn it off or it would blast full heat. Even with it turned to off and the window cracked all of the two inches it allowed the temperature was 82 degrees when we'd wake up in the morning, I took a photo to show the people in my group, and many of them had the same problem, it was miserable. I did bring it to the attention of the front desk who said they would comp 1/2 of one of my nights stay, I love holiday inn's generally, but this was just the worst. Side note breakfast took so long we had too walk out the first morning so we could get to our engagement.

Great service. We came to host a conference through the hotel and it was well attended with a lot of safety precautions. The staff was wonderful the food was phenomenal and everybody felt safe. I would highly recommend your facility and look forward to coming back. Thank you for the professionalism and the great service

front desk/entry area very updated, nice and clean. The rooms are a little on the older side. Beds were not the most comfortable. Overall the room for the price was as expected.

Beds were small, full size beds. Stuff under bed. Shower head was like a pressure washer. Had breakfast and the restaurant had CN N ( fake news on), which ruined our breakfast experience.
