Horrible facility

The hotel staff was very rude when I called several times to state the room next door was very loud at 1:00 am. A staff member stated she was busy and I would have to wait. No paying customer should encounter that. The staff did come to the noisy room until 2:45 am. The next day I was only offered to be moved even though I was up all night. Do not stay at this facility. They don’t care about the guests.

This was a mild surprise near I70 and Air Port did not expect a Super Nice Holiday Inn at this location but it was Exceptional. Would recommend this hotel to any one. Nice Job Well Done Holiday Inn!
Quick Fix of a Problem

Our first room still had dirty water in the sink of the bathroom that was very gross. Problem was addressed immediately and we were given a new room

We stayed one night before our outgoing flight. Very nice and clean. Staff was wonderful. We kept my car there and used the shuttle to get to the airport and my car was safe while we were gone .

Friendly desk clerk greeted me on arrival although no mention of my Spire Elite status or question whether I wanted points or welcome gift. Property must have been another hotel and transitioned recently to IHG. Asked about breakfast -- disappointing answer, restaurant closed due to no chef. Clean comfortable spacious room. Excellent stay except for the restaurant issue.

This Holiday inn was very pleasant, clean, and inviting from the moment you pull in to the time you check out. Couldn't ask for a better experience or stay.

Bathroom not quite finished, door would not close easily, shower door off track. Bed was good, floors and everything very clean.

Highly recommend this property. Upon arrival Nick- at the front desk was helpful then and through out our entire stay. The rooms were clean, the food as wonderful and the atmosphere was very family oriented. My family will be staying here again when we visit Indianapolis again in April.

The mattress was terribly uncomfortable. As we entered the room, the bed appeared to have been used as a couch for watching TV OR something else.
