The HVAC was broken during our stay, which made the room uncomfortable. I inquired about a discount because of the problem and was denied. The staff was friendly, and the food very good. The hotel could have comped our breakfast because of the problem, but that didn't happen either.

Enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and best of all the hotel is pet friendly.
We had dinner at the hotel, the food was delicious. The staff is very friendly.

Just and overnight stay. Other IHG hotel that was closer to our destination wanted triple the amount than what we paid to stay here. Enjoyed the location as it was across the street from the casino!

Had issues on my first stay last week with the room key not working at 1am due to low battery in the door scanner and no luggage carts . This stay I was over billed and no one will respond to my emails. Other than these issues the staff at the hotel were friendly.

During my stay at the Holiday Inn at Morgantown I captured serenity and slept so well that I felt like a new person. The hot tub jets worked on my sore muscles and feet, bringing them back to life. Moreover, the pool’s temperature was just right and I could feel the weight and the stress melt away.

Beds were very comfortable. Room was standard. Feel you could have provided tissues and cups for bathroom. Did not use restaurants.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool area and hot tub clean, room clean. Need more housekeeping staff....as with everywhere, short staffed so a few corners cut this time, but overall and historically a great place to stay.

We enjoyed the entire facility, the entire open area but the individual congregating areas were very well apportioned. Every staff member we met were friendly and helpful and were concerned for our well-being and comfort. We will definitely stay at Morgantown Holiday Inn again.
