With everything going on with COVID, Holiday Inn has shown to take this pandemic very seriously and enforces taking precautions when in the building. Over all I appreciated the stay. The hotel was in top shape.

NCLEX trip

I traveled from Rhode Island to San Antonio to take my nursing boards. The hotel was very comfortable and relaxing, the perfect place to study before a big exam. The staff was very welcoming and the hotel was very clean.

Horrible smell

I advised them the room had a horrible and asked for a different room because I knew more where available and was told there wasn’t any so I left with my two children and stayed somewhere else

Room service offer for room service breakfast menu card still in room. Management failed to up date the service available. When ask the front desk about the offer was pushed off to ( oh I don’t know I didn’t check u in) no thank you for being a rewards club member. House keeping vacuum left in the hall way overnight. Dirty floors from construction workers.

Overcharged. Booked for one night and charged for two.

Our stay at this hotel was typical of a Holiday Inn. As an IHG member, we always enjoy our stays. Unfortunately, after arriving home, I realized that I was charged for two nights even though I had booked and stayed for one night. I am still waiting for a representative to help me with this mistake. I have already contacted the hotel front desk twice and explained the situation, in which both times they stated that they would call me back. It was stated that they would call me back the following day the first time , but it never happened. I also called the reservation hotline and talked to someone who gave me a reference number and stated that I would be called back in 48 hours. This also did not happen. I called today and was told that the manager would call me back in an hour. I look forward to the call. It's unfortunate that the hotel overcharged, it was their mistake, and no one will help me in this matter. I would like this matter resolved. I urge customers to view the amount charged once they leave the hotel.

Overall a good stay at a great price. Had issues with an AC unit now blowing cold air. Reported issue but it was never fixed. Hotel employees only wor mask aboit one half the time. Some were better than others. Breakfast was sub par.

No acknowledgment of reward member.. Not informed of the grab bag breakfast. Window shade in the room has holes and repaired with clear packing tape. Light shines through. Desk chair worn and damaged.

Not the best holiday in but good

It was ok, disappointed that I’m a IHG gold elite member and upon checkout was treated very rude. All I asked for was our water. Was told I can buy it just like everyone else. Which is not the point, and
Then when I asked about dining being closed I was told I could stay somewhere else. Like wow, great customer service

Good place to stay

Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.
Due to covid 19 there were a lot of the hotel amenities were closed.
The breakfast to-go bags were not great and the food items from the shop were past their expiration date.
