The hotel is dated and lacks the sharpness of most holiday inns. As a platinum member I did not receive a room upgrade or restaurant voucher. My room key was not prepared in advance as it normally is. A flight crew came in while the attendant was checking me in. She turned her attention to helping the crew, before handing me my key card. I pay more for holiday in, I expect more!

The staff was amazing, very friendly and attentive! Most of my time was spent either at one of their meeting rooms (very private and convenient) or in my room resting.

I have always enjoyed staying at this hotel due to location to airport. I can't believe they now charge $10 a night for parking for hotel guests, including IHG members. Usually hotel near airport charge for people traveling and using hotel as parking lot. Mr Folakan reply to my compliant was "it's standard for majority of Orlano's full service hotels". I feel this hotel is more towards the motel status. Lobby and bar/restaurant are minium stardards (usually one bartender handling entire area). I guess IHG membership is not high on his list. If he needs the income for this hotel, just increase the room rate for all.

i had a very nice stay at this hotel,the front desk staff was amazing,so friendly,the shuttle driver on both shifts were amazing,very professional,the hotel was very quite at night,the pool area was really nice,i will stay here again.

Not much sadly has changed since my last visit over 1/2 a year ago. The staff are great and the rooms are ok. I simple do not use the lounge/restaurant/internet at this property from past bad experiences. Also the not to be missed damaged and/or filthy ceiling tiles, stained worn out carpet, and filthy elevators. Hearing it's going to get fixed and not seeing it done get's really old really quick. Especially for items costing well under $100.00 Credit is do however for not having dirty dishes from room service laying around never being collected.
