Great Night in Columbia SC

The overall experience at the hotel was good. The hot breakfast was great and went above and beyond expectations. My room was nice we slept very comfortably but my room had some small damage and I had to take pictures in order not to be charged for this to get my damage deposit back. Hotel staff should double check to insure that there aren’t any imperfections in the room before hand other than that nice place.

the staff at this location was very friendly and professional and was very eager to attend to anything that would make your stay more comfortable. they made you feel like family. that kind of care for their guest will make you want to return again and again.

Great hotel great staff however couldn’t sleep due to people fighting on our floor. Call front office she responded immediately however I did ask her to call the police which she didn’t. She did the right thing we couldn’t find the people fighting heard them but we couldn’t find them

Excellent Hotel. Good value. Friendly and accommodating staff. Close by to good food and shopping. Needed a special request and they took care of it.

Definitely a good value for a business trip. The breakfast was lacking but what can you expect with covid 19 precautions happening. It was clean and close to my meeting space.

Very disappointed in all hotel/motel breakfast, or lack thereof choices. This is a massive dollar saving, that has not been reflected in overall cost. When you spend multiple nights on the road each week, and you have to plan an extra stop for breakfast it hurts in loss of time and cash outlay.
Sad thing is every takeawy is being blamed on covid, and it just isn't so.

Only problem....Lack luster breakfast offering and none of those wonderful cinnamon rolls due to COVID.
