Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by clean and happy with bathroom clean rooms with good clean bathroom and good water pressure with a good shower head which made it easy to get nice and clean and relax for the night and hit the road for the next morning. the next morning was nice knowing there was a breakfast waiting for us. then finding out and seeing the variety of the selection of food April 13, 2016

Room was clean only problem there was the blinds were difficult to close and the security light shines very brightly into the room. Went to the breakfast area the next morning, the pancake maker had an out of order sign on it and all of the hot items on the breakfast bar were gone and it didn't appear there was much effort being made to refill the items. I mentioned this problem to the girl at the desk who never took the phone away from her ear and was rudely informed I would just have to wait until the only person working there cooked more. Probabably won't stay here again due to her attitude and lack of breakfast, April 12, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average The room price was very good and the location worked out very well. The few issues were first with the breakfast staff. I went down on Monday morning at 8 am, there was no milk (anywhere, they had run out) and the pancake machine was empty. It stayed empty for over a half hour, even after I asked the front desk staff to see about milk and the machine, no one came to do anything and the staff that finally did come was very unapologetic to guest about being our of milk. Next was with the back office. I had called the Wednesday prior to arriving (came in on a Sunday) to give the my IHG credit card number (I had a total of 11 rooms over our 3 night stay) to ensure the additional points went on that card and of course they screwed that up and charged another credit card on file. If I had done it online, I could see the chance at a mistake, but I spoke to the assistant manager (or front desk manager) in person to make sure they card was charged correctly. It wasn't. That's a lot of points missed. Very disappointed. April 12, 2016
