On arrival the lobby was full of unruly students running around and falling behaving like hooligans. This was pointed out to the member of staff Steven who responded "this a hotel and they are not hooligans, in a very rude manner. The students were allowed to run a mock in the corridors , slamming doors and shouting disrespecting other guests staying in the hotel. Overall I was not impressed even after Steven who also happened to be the manager on duty apologised. I have stayed here before and it was always pleasant, this experience was a complete let down.

I enjoy staying in Hoilday inn J1, as it is close to all amentities: Asda, the outlet, restaurants, even has a hospital nearby. If you want a trip to Belfast you are just a bus ride or train trip away from the City.
And when the holiday is over, you just head into the motorway.
The staff are particularly nice and very helpful, they always remember returning guests, which makes it personal.
My advice if you are part of a big family, take two connecting rooms, it helps......and as I said the staff will do everything to accommodate you.
Definitely a family hotel.

I stay here regularly whilst working nearby and the hotel never fails to deliver. Easy to get to, good parking, decent rooms, excellent dinner and very good staff.
