This is a nice enough hotel. It is new, and they still have a few issues to hammer out but for the most part it was fine.
Others complained of excessive noise, poor housekeeping, cheap mattress, cold water, lack of service etc. I experienced none of that.
Noise: I was on the third floor facing one of the busiest nightclubs in Bangkok on Saturday night and while I could hear it, it certainly was not excessive. Had I not gotten a call at midnight that woke me up I never would have noticed.
Housekeeping: While I only stayed the one night, my room was clean and had and fresh linens.
Bed: I thought the bed was fine, I think it was a pillow-top as it was soft, but had plenty of support. Pillows were both nice and plentiful.
Water: This must have been addressed, as I like a hard-blasting hot shower, and the water was hot enough I had to be careful with it. Pressure was okay, but more would have been better. The drain was a little slow, but I took a long, full-pressure shower and it never got to more than a couple inches deep and never ran over.
Service: No bell-staff or valet parking, but aside from that, the service was great.

My flight was at 8am from DM and I had to leave the Hotel at 5.30am. The front desk staffs prepared for me coffee and some pastries with fruits as the coffee house will be open at 6am for breakfast .
This is a wonderful gesture by the Hotel. It started my day with a very good feeling.
