Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Super clean building and excellent service We arrived early to pick up ski tickets for the day and found our room ready in the morning which allowed us to change and unpack. This made our stay super easy. The hotel is very clean and up to date. The breakfast was good and well supplied. The only thing missing at breakfast was fruit in the morning. The pool was clean and didn't have a strong bleach smell like other hotels. However no hot tub which was a negative to us. Fitness area was average not a big selection but able to work out. The staff is super helpful. Excellent Staff Overall it is our first choice for staying in the area while skiing at bristol. 24 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent location for skiing This is a great value packed hotel if you are looking for a hotel near Bristol Mountain Ski Resort. They offer stay and ski packages with reduced price lift tickets. This hotel offers a free breakfast that included enough variety for all members of my family to get them ready for a full day of skiiing. Having Wegman's just across the street was a real bonus. Staff was has always been friendly and the service was spectacular. 20 March 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Trainer for meeting room 3/3-5/2015 Not totally prepared for meetings. Not enough tables, had to be creative to comfortably fit 12 students. No flip chart used an 18" Sketch pad, didn't even fit flip chart holder. Not enough restroom facilities. One toilet for men on entire first floor although enough room for another toilet and a couple urinals. Entire breaks were guys waiting to get into bathroom. Got to a point where I told them to use female toilet if it was empty. Employees very helpful within their limits of having materials. Major disconnect 1st day, ended up with 2 lunches. I paid for 1 out of my pocket for $85. Nite front desk couldn't approve me for a late checkout, had to be approved by GM next day. I live in your hotels at least 6 months out of each year or more. I would return just because your usually on top of everything, and assume these things will be addressed within a year, which is when I'd be returning to teach there again. Did not report all cons about hotel, just commented about table and bathroom issues, complimented customer service. Everyone except night desk person. 1 last thing is navigating to hotel not very clear 09 March 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and staff. Second stay at the hotel. We were greeted by an extremely pleasant professional which welcomed us to the hotel. We were able to check in even though arrived little bit early. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds, warm breakfast was served both mornings by staff always ready to assist if needed. Will recommend to friends and will definitely come again. 19 February 2015
