Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not Worthy of the HI Express Name This property should not be in the Holiday Inn network. The rooms are dated and dirty, they smell like death and the air conditioners on the sixth floor rooms are broken and in need of replacement. My room was a toasty 87 degrees Fahrenheit all night long. Having switched to a different room when I arrived I weighed my options of just returning to the airport and sleeping on the seats, or using wet towels to keep cool. I opted for the wet towels. The mattresses in 608 is so badly sunken in I think the support on the floor is missing or broken (my back won’t recover for weeks). The carpet contains remnants of visitors past and I can say for certainty that 601 (my first room) and 608 are being cleaned by a person with absolutely no sense of smell. Even the elevator button in the lobby is smashed! This establishment should not even have the name Holiday Inn associated with it. If all the Holiday Inn Express hotels looked like this one, I would cancel my membership. May 14, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and a good breakfast My visit to the Holiday Inn Express was almost perfect in every way. My only complaint was the room set-up. The bathroom sink is outside of the toilet and shower area which could be nice; however, if you are with other people, there is NO privacy and it can be disrupting if the other occupant is trying to sleep. You can't turn the light on, gargle, pick your nose, or blow dry your hair... May 12, 2016

This time, however, I tried 3 different rooms, 2 with immediate A/C problems, and the last one quit working on the 2nd day. However, based on my past experiences here, I am confident this was an anomaly, and I look forward to my next stay. May 12, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff is great The staff is very friendly. The shuttle is helpful and friendly. Wasn't pleased with the noisy air/heat unit in the room. Room and bathroom was clean. Can hear everything outside of my room. People, kids, doors closing and locking. The most irritating issue was having to have my key reset eery evening. Smh May 11, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Where to start! We had come in late with a very early flight out the next morning. When we arrived the keys to our room did no work. I went back downstairs to get updated keys and these didn't work either. They questioned how I was entering the keys as if this was my first rodeo. When I went back down for the second time I was told they needed to come up to see how I was trying to enter the room but I needed to wait until they were done checking in everyone waiting in the lobby. 5 people they wanted me to wait for when it was already 10:30 at night and I had to be up at 2 AM. I asked for several keys and behold, one of them finally worked. Then we get into the room and the fan in the bathroom did not work. Took a shower the next morning and the bath tub did not drain. Also, couldn't get the air conditioner to work in the room. Finally gave up so I could at least get 3 hours of sleep. Went to leave the next morning and asked the front desk clerk if I needed anything to get out, she told me no. Go to the gate expecting it to open automatically and the sign said get code from front desk. So I had to back my car up and run back in, when already stressed out about trying to find a gas station at 3 AM near the Atlanta airport. Word of advise, fill up if you are flying out the next day. There is nothing near the hotel. We paid $37 for a 1/4 tank of gas through the rental car company because we couldn't find a gas station that wasn't boarded up! Needless to say, the room was comfortable but the service was nothing to write home about! May 9, 2016
