Room was clean. The customer service was great. And yes I would stay at that location again. Just had some misunderstandings at check in .

Overall good experience. Nice location, well lit. Offered appliances and drinks. Cable TV a plus. Nice furniture and desk came in handy.

I must say I loved place! In the heart of a college town, I expected it to be crowded, loud and bustling. But to my surprise, it was the total opposite. I’d recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area.

The hotel appears to be quite new and all the equipment work well, including wifi, HVAC and bathroom fan. The staff was kind and efficient. I especially liked the high-quality breakfast (although it was pack-and-go due to COVID) with hot and cold cereals, hot rolls, orange juice, coffee, apples and banana.

I have stayed at this hotel previously and is usually very good. However due to to Covid-19 restrictions and the fact that the elevator was out of service, this stay was not as good as usual.

Over all the staff were very friendly and accommodation were very good.

Everything was so clean. The staff was so kind and friendly and they were always responsive. It is just 10 minutes walking to the UMD campus. So quiet hotel to rest after a hard-working day of my job trip.
Horrible attitude of front desk staff

Worse stay ever! Got there and we were told the elevators were out of service and than tried to place us on the 5th fl. Stuck us on 1st fl in a room with no phone and no cable Tv. The front desk was extremely rude with a horrible attitude. This was a Wednesday night with a near empty packing lot. We have stayed there multiple times during construction and had much better experiences. I feel like I basically threw my points away.

I've stayed at this hotel before and I'm never disappointed. I really love that they take preventive measures to make sure social distancing is in effect and the room themselves are clean and sanitized. I absolutely have nothin bad to say...
Staff and Internet

I have been staying at this location for over a year while waiting for my house to sell in New Mexico. The Staff has always been very professional and accommodating.
The only problem I have noticed while staying here is the internet and cable service leave a lot to be desired. It seems like every time a storm moves in we loose cable and internet. Sometimes the storm doesn't even have to be very bad but for some reason it seems like service is lost. Some times it could be for a short time and longer at other times.

We arrived and were immediately hit with two negatives: 1) the front doors were locked with no obvious sign as to how to gain entry or who to contact and 2) asked to fill out a registration form which we found contained outdated address information. After we took the time to update the incorrect information, as requested on the form, the front desk staff informed us that they could not correct the info in their system and I would need to go online to make the corrections. So why give us a form that asked for updated info and then watch us waste our time instead of either updating the form or telling us not to bother. Powerless and passive staff are not impressive, IHG! Also, when we got to the room, the AC rattled so much we needed earplugs but, again, the staff informed us they hadn't ordered more and had only 1 pair. We went to a CVS and purchased our own so we could both sleep. The same pattern, inattention to detail. Last but not least, IHG won't accept the review without an image file. How is that relevant or is it designed to eliminate input. Sorry to be negative but we were not impressed.
