Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Modern hotel on the motorway The hotel was modern, quick check in, lovely blue light in the bathroom. Breakfast was just ok, the scrambled eggs looked vile but at least they had nice yogurt and fresh fruit. 21 April 2015

Actually stayed previously with similar issues and will not be returning for a 3rd visit. Wifi continually cutting out in room. 19 April 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by (06-04-2015) Great as a stopover Good location for a stopover before catching our morning ferry to Hoek Van Holland. Nice,helpful and pleasant staff. The interconnecting rooms provided were great for our 3 young grand-children. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate. There was a slight hiccup regarding advertised price and charging, but this was sorted out efficiently by Samantha, Guest Services Manager. If we ever come to this area or on our way to Holland again, we will most certainly stay at this Express again. 12 April 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dissapointing Sofa bed mattress like sleeping on a bed of nails. Shower cubicle needs a good clean. Lamps broken and hanging off the wall. Breakfast not good quality and very minimal. Staff were very nice. 12 April 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel too busy The hotel was OK as somewhere to sleep - although our family room was a bit cramped with no where to put our bags, so we were tripping over them. The bed settee was broken and uncomfortable, but the hotel staff were too busy to send someone to look at it, and didn't have a spare room to move us to. Only one pillow each and single duvet on the bed settee the first night. We weren't sure that the room had been cleaned properly as there was a party popper under the bed settee - perhaps how it got broken in the first place. And breakfasts were quite hectic as it was so busy and they ran out of plates, bowls and some food and the staff were running round chasing things. No bacon available and the sausages weren't the nicest we've tasted. Photographed the twisted and lumpy bed, but it just doesn't show how uncomfortable it actually was. 10 April 2015
