Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by a big bug crawling on the wall in the room In the room I stayed, there was a big bug crawling on the wall after I came back from dinner. Although the front desk came up and collected the bug, my request to change to a different room was denied as he claimed that all rooms were sold out. In the end I was offered nothing to compensate for this bug scare. 16 February 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Stayed before, but this time not so good Fire alarm went off at 4:00 a.m. - not sure the front desk knew what to do. It took over 30 minutes for FD to arrive. Overflow in ice unit caused the issue. You had to lay in the middle of the bed, because the mattress wasn't flat on the sides and it felt like you were going to fall off. A/C-Heat unit would never shut off. Ran all night. Stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions in the past without any issues. This wasn't one of them. Wasn't even recognized as a Platinum Elite member at any time. 16 February 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Generally good hotel Comfortable bed. Selection of firm and soft pillows. Quiet air conditioning system. All adds up to good sleep which is very important to me. Internet was not user friendly. For the better part of a day during my stay the elevator didn't work. They didn't seem too apologetic. Otherwise the staff was nice. Breakfast was average and typical of these hotels. 15 February 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel is Run Down Staff was very nice and friendly; however, this hotel looks like it hosted way too many Frat Parties. It really does need some updates and a bit of an overhaul. It feels much like a mixed bag of nice, but really worn out. I suppose if you have kids that want to run around and the price is right, you won't have to worry about them destroying the elevator, commons area or the furniture! 12 February 2015
