Nice room. rude staff

We arrived late in the evening. Got to our room and found twin rather than queen beds. too tired to go back down to the front desk and change rooms and move luggage. Staff was basically rude.

Most Holiday Inns are really great. We were disappointed with this one.

DIRTY ROOM!

I HAVE STAYED IN HOLLIDAY INN EXPRESS FROM NEW YORK TO CALIFORNIA & NEVER DID I FIND ONE SO DIRTY!! THE CARPET LEFT MY WHITE SOCKS BLACK ON THE BOTTOM!!
THE BATHROOM FLOOR WAS DIRTY & THE BATHROOM SINKS NEED REPAIR.
THE LOCATION IS ALSO BAD & HARD TO GET TO FROM THE NORTH.
IF THAT IS THE WAY YOU CONTINUE, FORGET ME AS A CUSTOMER.
On a good note, your breakfast was good. I wish I could give a better report but I can not.

Good location but......

I like the location which is why I keep going back when in the area. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room.

Seemed to be a high moisture level in the room, smelled musty, and everything felt damp. I notified the front desk the first day onsite and nothing changed. Not even sure if they went in the room to check on it?

Lighting in the bathroom is not very good which makes it difficult to shave.

Desk is way too tall to work on because the chair does not sit high enough. Also, it is hard to work on the desk sitting in front of the heating/cooling unit.

I keep going back because I like the location but I think my days of going back are limited. I think it is time to renovate.

From this location, you must drive to any activities in Burlington, but it is near restaurants and the staff is very helpful.

HIE continues to meet our expectations .

My wife and I are patrons of Holiday Inn Express because of the consistency in our stay experience. The South Burlington HIE meet these expectations nicely.

The staff was quite accommodating to the one issue we raised and quickly addressed by providing us a great alternate room.

We just stayed for a quick overnight, we were satisfied with the hotel, accommodations , rate, etc....

It's a little further away than we had expected from UVM, but still within a reasonable distance.
