St Albans Cathedral

Sumpter Yard, St Albans,

This is the oldest site of continuous Christian worship in Britain. The Cathedral stands over the place where Alban, the first martyr, was buried after giving his life for his faith over 1700 years ago – more than 200 years before St Augustine arrived in Canterbury. The building's amazing mix of architectural styles bears witness to the many centuries of its life, first as a monastic Abbey and now as a Cathedral.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - Harry Potter

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, Studio Tour Drive, Leavesden, WD25 7LR

The Harry Potter film series made Leavesden its home for more than ten years. As the books were still being released while the films were being made, the production crew saved many of the iconic sets, props and costumes that were created especially for the films - just in case they were ever needed later on in the series. The Studio Tour offers visitors the unique opportunity to explore two soundstages and a backlot filled with original sets and breathtaking special effects.
