Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Employees need Training Front Desk staff seemed confused at check-in. No Milk available at Breakfast. I would think that Someone could have picked up some Milk. The Breakfast items were cold, this mattered since cereal with milk did not seem to be an option. 05 March 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and had everything we needed We enjoyed a one night stay before going on a cruise the next day. Everything we needed was provided and the staff was most helpful. We especially appreciated being able to leave our car there while on the cruise and providing shuttle service to the port. This was so very helpful!! The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet and we will definitely stay there again when in the area. 05 March 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by convenient location we stayed before cruising and found this convenient for visiting Tampa and the towns on the peninsula. breakfast is a good benefit and transport from the airport and to the cruise terminal was excellent, even able to be picked up at terminal and returned to airport after cruising, great added benefit at low cost. 03 March 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by nice wasn't happy with shuttle pick up. took an hour for shuttle service. red 1 pick up is in two different areas of tampa international. need to be more specific and man at front desk said he would call if i was in wrong area. he never called me back and he claim to have wrote my phone number down when i gave it to him. 02 March 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Customer Service......lacking I was sadly disappointed when I spent several says at this hotel. Customer service was lacking to say the least. On more than one occasion I heard desk staff talking about guests and/or not addressing their concern. This was made worse when I voiced a concern about my room not being cleaned by 3:40 pm when I had left at 8 that morning. No apology just a statement that housekeeping was short staffed. Not acceptable as I was forced to participate in a conference call in the lobby while my room was finally cleaned. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. 01 March 2015
