I traveled during the cold weather, and snow it felt real cold. The temperature inside of the hotel in general was great. Good hospitality. Specially having a good breakfast every morning and some good beer to drink when I would get back in the evenings. TV channel set to some funny videos made the evening felt go by quickly. Enjoyed the stay

We had to ask for towels every time we swam. Nothing on the shelves to dry off with the whole time we were there. Asked for a clean set of sheets for the pull out couch / bed but we never got them. They took the old set of sheets and blanket leaving us with nothing to use. :(
Never got our hand towels we asked for. The girl said I'm going to take these then come back in 45 minutes. Never came back. :(
Went down for breakfast with our grand kids at 9:30 a.m. it was closed. They said sorry we're closed. :( No food!
Sorry but we felt like every time we asked something at the front desk they were to busy for our concerns. Poor customer service. .....
Most likely we will never stay there again. :(
Will not recommend this holiday inn express.

My only complaint was that the mattress didn't seem to support me much when I first put my knee on it. I am used to a firmer mattress and this just seems weak.
The pillows were soft and plentiful, but I would have slept better had the mattress been firmer.
No other issues with the stay.

It was so refreshing to arrive at a hotel where all the staff are so professional and genuinely care about their customers. They made me feel so welcome in a very sincere way. I recently stayed at a higher cost hotel chain where both the quality of the hotel fixtures and the service from the staff were far below the Holiday Inn. It was refreshing to be back at a Holiday inn where the staff sincerely treat their customers with courtesy and respect rather than arrogance. Thank you for the way you treat your customers and please keep up the great work!

The fees given at time of booking for approximately half of what i was actually charged. I am still waiting for a call back to resolve this issue.

It is unacceptable to have the indoor pool closed, and not tell people before they arrive for their reservation. I made a reservation on January 28, 2015 for a stay on January 31. I was told the hot tub would be closed and specifically asked about the pool and was told that would be fine. I complained when I arrived and the pool was closed and was told that if I didn't keep my reservation I would still have to pay for it. I would not have booked a room at this hotel if not for the indoor pool. Also, none of the hot food was hot for breakfast so beware of staying at this property. Very disappointing for a Holiday Inn. I did receive an e-mail back from the management on the pool saying that it was closed for safety and would re-open on February 7. Still not acceptable to not let customers know before their visit.

Disappointed the pool was closed. Notification would of been nice. Cinnamon rolls were not put out in timely manner and were cold.
