We use seasonal and regional products for our dishes. We combine German food with influences from all over the world and combine them to create innovative and modern dishes. Another focus is on vegetarian and vegan cuisine, as we have already gained a lot of experience in this area. Among other things, our chef, Stefan Sellin, worked as a chef at the vegan restaurant Kopps in Berlin.
