For the same amount of money, there are better hotel options in the area.
And this survey is ridiculously long. I’m sure most people give up halfway through it.

Everything at the hotel was excellent, the personel was kind and nice, the cleaning, location, and room service was excellent definitely . I would recommend the service, nothing bad to say about my stay at the hotel Holiday inn, in santa fe mexico City,

Great sleep, good breakfast, right in the middle of Santa Fe

I have been staying frequently in this hotel because it offers the best price to value. It is extremely quiet. Beds and blackout shades provide a great sleep. Breakfast is above your regular hotel breakfast and service is excellent.

The service in front desk is really good, they provided me my room two hours before check in time. The room is wide and with great spaces to feel comfortable. Everything clean and functional. TV channel offer should be expenaded.

The worst hotel and completely fake staff

The hotel told us we couldn't stay at the property anymore and gave us no notification. No transparency and no accountability by staff. Would not recommend this hotel.

Ok the facilities are ok, but the breakfast has several opps on quality, and maybe the pillows on the bed can be changed for other of better qualitiy too, for the last thing the rooms has noises for the other rooms
