I really enjoyed the variety for breakfast. I feel like the fitness center could have a bit more equipment. Several of the dumb-bells were missing, as they were holding open the doors at the front of the lobby.

We stayed here while researching real estate in the area and would stay here again. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They helped us replace our keys when I misplaced mine with a smile. They also helped us with the business center.
The room was comfortable and clean. Wifi was excellent and meet my needs.

Excellent service except for the maid service. Came back after a busy day to find our room was not cleaned and I approached a maid down the hall about our room but she said it's not one of her rooms

I was not reconized as an IHG member and did not realize it until now. My app shows that i did not have a reservation. Just want to make sure i recieve my points. Thank you.

The room, grounds, breakfast, and gym are all good. Our experience there was marred by a wake up call that never came. It was requested at night for a morning call. Thankfully we awoke anyway, but it could have been a disaster. The morning desk clerk said the night desk clerk didn't write it down, so the morning clerk wasn't aware that a wake up call had been requested. The staff was otherwise good. We'd stay there again, but would not solely rely on their wake up call procedures.

This place had a very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in was quick and easy. Our rooms were very clean and after coming in from two states away the beds were heavenly. Our room was so comforting and inviting. There were plenty of big fluffy towels so there was no need to ask for extra which is usually the case at some places. Every staff member you saw had a smile and offered a good morning. We will be going through again in feb.I already know where were going to be booking our reservation.
Poor quality work out equipment. Broken treadmills.

Need to improve the workout equipment. Especially treadmills. Front desk staff did not wear uniforms. Looked unprofessional but were pretty good guys overall. Checkin was weird and not knowledgeable. Breakfast staff did a great job.
