We stay at Holiday Inn Expresses frequently and have been disappointed in the condition of most of them. In fact have started staying at other hotels outside the Holiday Inn family. However, the Eden Prairie MN location is perfect. The building was purchased and renamed with a full remodel. The facility looks brand new so you can be assured it’s very well maintained. Each and every staff member was professional, courteous and well groomed! The hotel was spotless.

This was my tenth stay at this hotel (19 nights) and I have nine more stays scheduled over the next six weeks (17 nights). This is a great place for business travelers--convenient location, quiet, up to date, comfortable and great staff. You can't go wrong staying here.

I definitely give this hotel a 5 star rating, as I have had issue with hotels in the past. The first time I contacted the hotel, was to add my mom and daughter names to room. The front desk person was very nice, and handled my questions with ease.
The next was the day of check in, he remembered me and when I asked if my mom could pay for the room, there was no issue. From that point forward, we did not have any issue. The farther we had to travel was about 30 minutes to one of our destinations. Thank you for the nice weekend
Abdul was awesome, he checked us in very promptly, which got us to our room quick so we could relax.

We were pleasantly surprised with this Hotel and the staff. The check in process was very smooth and got us to our rooms quickly. The breakfast area was very clean and the Hotel staff kept the food stocked up and we were very happy with the quality of the Breakfast, it was one of the better food spreads we have seen for Hotel Breakfasts!!, We hit the road with full stomachs every day we were there. Cudos to the Gal working the Breakfast area!!.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and meeting areas. You can see the staff is committed to excellence. Breakfast was fully stocked. The location is great for quick access to dinner and activities in the local area.

Room was clean, the desk clerk who was there when we arrived was kind and helpful. The breakfast provided had a good variety and was open at times that would accommodate for any person's normal schedule (I think it was open from 6 to 10).

Stayed at this hotel for one evening on a business trip. Hotel was very quiet, nicely renovated and very clean. Always appreciate a clean and comfortable room.

The outside looks of the building are deceiving as the motel is newly remodeled and very nice on the inside. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Showers were excellent and continental breakfast was the best we have had in recent years. (Nice selection and hot food.) We will stay there again if in the area.

From the outside this appears to be an older property but is totally modern on the inside.
Friendly staff, easy check in and out, great variety at breakfast.
Would definitely stay again if in the area.
Only downside is some road noise as there is a very busy highway along the one side. We just turned the fan on high and that helped a lot.
