This was the best stay that we have ever had. Everything was excellent from staff, the room, the pool, breakfast, and conference room. Staff were amazing. We want to personally thank Stephanie. You do an amazing job. We want you to know that we truly appreciate you and everything that you do. Keep providing outstanding customer service. We would like to also thank all other staff from helping with the setup of the conference room, to the cleanliness of hotel and pool, and the wonderful breakfast.
We definitely will be returning and can't wait to see you next time.

Property was clean, staff was friendly and always courteous when I called before arrival. Once we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful.
Room floors are nasty and funky

Over all my experience was decent. The floor of my room; however, was absolutely disgusting. Walking around the room barefoot turned the soles of my feet completely black as if I had been out in the parking lot walking barefoot. I had to wear shoes or flip flops the entire time I was in the room. I’m pretty sure they never wet mop the room floors. They need to thoroughly sweep and wet mop the room floors between every guest which they clearly aren’t doing.
Check your Bed Sheets Thoroughly

I always check the sheets and pillows for not being changed, and I'm so glad I did. The inside of the comforter was soiled in multiple areas, there were hairs and dirt between the comforter and top sheet. When I was changing my own sheets, there were also stains on the mattress cover. No matter what you pay or where you stay, always check your bed and pillows!

I stopped in with no reservations and needed a room to rest from an extended road trip back to Houston. After driving through Austin I needed to stop and saw this hotel right off the road. I popped in and the staff immediately found me a room, got me a great rate for being a member and within 10 minutes I was drifting off to sleep.

From checking in to checking out everything was amazing! Every staff member we encountered were all super friendly & the rooms were very clean. I would stay here every time I’m in Austin. Very convenient to many food options & shopping centers. Thank you for the great hospitality!

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I will be booking it every year for the time I am at the Rodeo Austin Stock Show. It is always nice to come 'home' to a comfy bed and clean room. The friendly staff made me feel welcome.

The front desk customer representative Tashea Brown made our stay excellent! She was so nice and accommodating. Hotel was very clean and other staff were very friendly as well. Loved the outdoor seating area, family was able to relax by the pool and hangout.

The hotel was very clean and had a nice refreshing smell. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We stayed in Manor to attend Rodeo Austin and I am so glad we did! We will definitely stay here again.
