Clean environment, friendly staff, and nice pool

I enjoyed my stay everything was great, wifi could use a fix me up but overall great experience.

Let’s start with the disorganization of the shuttle. One driver who is rude as can be and after being told 5 mins (4) times. 57 mins later we had a shuttle. The room was dirty, bathtub was dirty, and we had no toilet paper. We also had 1 towel and a AC unit that didn’t cool.
The manager is clueless and couldn’t help with anything. No reason he needs to be a manager of anything.
Breakfast was cold nasty and never had anything stocked.
And if review. Avoid this disaster.
Highly suggest avoiding this property.

Though only staying 1 night here we had a great stay. The reception team were excellent and really looked after us. The facilities are great; bed very comfortable and good view of lagoon.
Great service and staff at this specific hotel. They really are amazing!

Owen at the front desk greeted me right away and was able to help us check in quickly. The pool and view was beautiful. The kids enjoyed the pool and sun. We ordered ubereats and Owen even called to inform us that the food was there. The shuttle driver was helpful with our luggage and he even informative us on places around there to eat or see. Super friendly guy with a lot of random facts which was fun. When we come back to Miami we will be sure to come back to this specific hotel!

Vacation getaway it's awesome. The staff was great and so helpful. Everything is fantasic and you'll be very comfortable.

This was just a quick 2 night stay post cruise trip. So we was looking for something affordable and nice. But this property hit both marks and then some. Right off they was able to get us early check in at about 1130 and on top of that upgraded us to an awesome room! Now to the property itself wow they really have a great cleaning staff that you can tell actually care. This may be one of the cleanest Holiday Inns we’ve stayed. I can’t say how many times were said wow this place actually smells so good everywhere the hallways, the lobby, and the rooms. To the room it was a huge 2 room area with a small dining table, sofa bed, living room table, and desk as well as 2 tvs. The AC was super cold even during the hottest part of the day. The bed itself was a little soft for me but that’s completely a personal preference. Now to the pool it is a little small but it was never packed either and it was so clean! They have about 10 loungers around the pool deck but right outside the pool fence is another patio area with seats as well! We only had breakfast one of the mornings but it was exactly what you expect from a holiday inn. Everything was fresh and the attendant was keeping up on the whole area making sure messes were cleaned right away and everything was staying full! Overall amazing stay at this property they are doing everything right!!

The room was big enough for our family of 4. Room and hotel were clean and smelled nice. Check-in was a bit long as their was only one employee, she needed another person to help. Breakfast was included and plenty of options, however, lines got long during peak times.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was extremely clean and new. They recommended parking at the hotel across the street for our long term vacation parking and took their free airport shuttle. Breakfast was like most IHG hotels.
One of the better hotels in the Area.

Very nice clean place with great lake view and friendly helpful staff. The only shortcoming was the system not recognizing my Credit card the first day, the system needed to be reset, but the reception staff was quick in providing a solution. The room key kept disconnecting for the first 3 days. No specific instructions in the laundry room. but overall great stay and 24 hour available coffee is excellent!!!
