Nice quiet island

The entire island is awesome. Small little town with lots to enjoy. The beach was amazing, hardly anyone was there. Dark soft sand warm water with gentle waves. Quiet roads with little traffic, great for a walk or bike ride. The outdoor area has a nice pool and jacuzzi and a fire pit. The rooms have great view unless you get stuck in building behind the restaurant. For some reason they claim that the back of a restaurant is a premium view!?! Yeah right! Make sure you get your correct room before you sign anything because you won’t have any management there to address any issues. Other than the blind people saying what a premium view looks like it was great.

Close to the beach, clean rooms, good breakfast options, friendly staff, WiFi was good also. I liked the dining options on the resort- very convenient since it was raining , food and drinks where very good.

This hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and responsive to all questions and requests. The Wifi was strong and the food in the restaurant was great. I stayed here for business and would definitely recommend.

I requested a 2nd floor room and an early check-in when I called and made my reservation. Upon arrival the room was not ready and the room they had for us was going to be 1st floor. The front desk said there were no notes on the reservation stating either of those requests. The vacation didn't start out on a good note
The front desk was able to accommodate our room
request.

Location was great. Room was large but the iron didn’t work and there was no counter or dining space. Could have been a bit cleaner. The food at the restaurant was great, drinks were also good but bar service can be slow. Pool was impeccable. Our kids had a blast.

We had a great experience during our recent family getaway. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The kids eat free vouchers really made the trip affordable. The location is great. A quick walk to beach and a short drive to the shops.

Was very disappointed with the facility. Was expecting a nice, comfortable place to relax and enjoy with our 2 grandchildren. Suite was not available until after 4pm and then was not outfitted with routine items such as towels for each person, hand soap at the bathroom sink etc. Every evening of our stay I had to go to the desk for something that wasn't replaced. First day was told that they were out of hand soap. Also did not have enough chairs to put 2 on each balcony. Shower curtain was not wide enough to stay closed so water always leaked on the floor. Mold under and around the tub soap dishes. Refrigerator drawers were broken and stopped door from closing if opened. Very disappointing facility!

Love this sweet hotel. The whole environment is inviting. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to be welcoming. Our rooms were great, the bed and pillows so comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the Coastal Grill. Had some of the best fish tacos I’ve ever had. And service was spot on.

Pros:
beach access, clean room, nice bathroom, good AC, friendly staff

Cons:
Smokers allowed to smoke too close to rooms, common areas, pool, front and rear entrances. The smoke just nastys up the place. Can't even sit on the balcony and enjoy the view because of the nasty smell of smoke. When opening the room or balcony door the smoke fills the room and just make a nasty smell that takes hours to clear from the room. The entire property needs to be SMOKE FREE. Smokers need to find another island, deserted if possible.

Booking price and what I paid was way off. The front desk was no help. The manager mr.Hartman was even less help. I was charged $1920 for 3 nights. When it's normally around eight hundred dollars 43 nights, you lost a customer forever
