Hotel nuevo bien ubicado, problema con seguridad

El hotel y las instalaciones son buenas. El único problema que tuvimos fue una persona entró a la habitación a las 5 am. Al reportar el problema en Recepcion solo se limitaron a revisar las cámaras y esperar a la mañana para que la gerente nos diera parte de lo sucedido. En resumen un bell boy ingresó supuestamente por error (buscando algo que había olvidado otro huésped que salía a las 5 am) .
Tienen que mejorar los protocolos de seguridad y las respuestas ante estas situaciones.

This hotel is brand new. It’s located walking distance to major attractions and the historical downtown. The hotel staff was very friendly and hospitable. The hotel has parking available for hotel guests. The surrounding area is very safe! The only minor detail is that the restaurant staff seems a bit unorganized and not very proficient in the menu options. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful hotel and an amazing design that was tailored to this beautiful mining town!

立地はよい。部屋も新しく快適。
ソフトはIHGホテルの中で最悪レベルだった。従業員は英語ができない。チェックイン時のウェルカムアメニティが貧相すぎる。朝食を事前予約していたが、スタッフが把握できず請求される。朝食は500MXN/2人、物価から比べるとかなり高い割に、内容はがっかりする(写真の通り)。さらにオムレツは別料金と言われる。周辺のレストランで食べることを推奨する。部屋に冷蔵庫・スリッパがない。リクエストしたが、無いと断られた。二度と行かない。

The only great experience with the hotel came from the valet team and the bar next to the restaurant. Lots of issues below need to be addressed. I expected some odors in the room being a new hotel. However, the smell was too bad in room, especially for people like me who has terrible allergy. When we were trying to use the AC to circulate the bad air, we noticed the temperature could not drop below 23.5 degrees Celsius.We took a shower the first night but found no shower towel in the room. We had to use the small towel to dry the body but found the quality of was bad. Small loose pieces of cotton were all over my face and body after using it.Called and asked for shower towel around 9:30am the next day, but it was never delivered. Had to talk to the front desk after an hour later to remind. The hotel needs to improve cross communication between the front desk and the restaurant. We booked rates with full breakfast for two, the front desk gave us one coupon for each night, telling us each coupon was good for two people for an American Breakfast. However, the restaurant said one coupon was for one guest; plus,they stated the breakfast was only continental breakfast. Had to explain to the host every morning. Paying 15USD for full breakfasts for two when booking the room does not worth the money. It will be a small continental breakfast, or with egg only if you are lucky that the restaurant would recognize it as American breakfast. Have to pay extra if wanted the buffet. Hence, I would suggest ordering from the menu straight if interested in doing breakfast. Our server for the first day served muesli with fruits but no yogurt for us. I had to beg for item. When it finally arrived, it was so tiny that the yogurt could be finished with two dessert spoons. Almost no employees spoke English, causing higher than expected challenges to communicate anything. Welcome drink voucher was for the member only, while most Hotel Indigo in the North America would give the member plus one guest.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, cerca del centro, pero lo suficientemente alejado para no percibir ruidos de la vida nocturna. Las habitaciones muy agradables y la cama muy cómoda, el baño limpio, un buen detalle lo de la maquina de café. Como cuenta con estacionamiento esto es un gran plus.

内装が新しくとても清潔感があります。水まわりも問題なく、アメニティも適度に揃っています。ベッドも快適でよく眠れました。電球が切れた照明があったことと、タオルが水分を全く吸収せず使いづらかったことが気になりました(新しかったからでしょうか？)。
観光名所まで徒歩で行けて、夜子どもと歩くことのできる立地はとても良かったです。
金額は他のホテルよりも高額ですが、総合的に満足できる滞在でした。

El hotel es muy nuevo, tiene algunos detalles sobre que aun no esta terminado pero las habitaciones y en si el lugar es muy bonito. Tiene estacionamiento que es una buena ventaja y no es muy lejos del centro para ir caminando.

El hotel cuenta con excelentes instalaciones, su comida es muy buena, el servicio es cálido y atento, una de mis mejores experiencias en cuando a hotel.

Me encanto el lugar, la decoración es novedosa e impresionante, muy buen servicio, solamente el desayuno me hubiera gustado que tuviera más variedad

The check in was too bad, the room was not ready when I arrived, and it was two hours after the available check in. I had to wait 30 minutes before I could get into my room.
