NO AIR, NO HEAT, NO HOT WATER!

We were informed at check in that there was no air or heat for the room, but the temperature was moderate so we decided to stay. Next morning, ran shower for at least 5 minutes and the temp got to lukewarm at best. Next morning, no hot water at all. When we checked out, they made a joke that they only had one very old and tired boiler. Tried to call the manager and never received a call back. Paid too much to have a camping like experience!

The hotel had no air conditioning and I wasn’t informed about that until after check-in I paid for breakfast. Breakfast was not available. I was told that the owner of the restaurant decided not to show up that day. None of the staff were helpful or friendly actually quite the opposite the front desk, lady that our concerns were brought to was aggressive And condescending

Shower and faucet temperature issues

Had issues with the hot water had to take lukewarm showers. Call the front desk. They sent a maintenance guy up, but he couldn’t figure out how to fix the issue. Finally the hot water started to work again and the next day it was out back to being lukewarm. Not sure what was going on, but after a long day, we were hoping for a nice warm shower.

Great property, needs better maintenance

This is a property that we’ve been visiting for a few years now. We love the location and have always enjoyed our stay there. It’s been about a year since we’ve been there, and this time it was very apparent that the property is not being up-kept. When checking-in, there’s a little sign on the counter letting guests know that the air conditioning for the guest rooms in not operational… and they recommend that you open the window! Actually, that would have been fine, but they gave us a ground floor room facing the rear of the building, and you can’t open the windows! The mattress was old and very uncomfortable. While we still enjoyed our time here, I hope they will do a better job of maintaining this beautiful property.

Great location, close to downtown and the lake. Work/maintenance needs to be done on the hotel. No AC or Hot Water.

Do not stay in this hotel! The owners do not provide consistent hot water to the guest rooms and there is no heat in the rooms at all. The staff has to make excuses for the poor condition of the hotel.

The character of this property fits right in the Big Bear Lake. It's nicely located close to a unique shopping area with restaurants and shops. However, as noted on the website, there is no a/c. Fortunately we didn't need it. The light above the bathroom sink didn't work. The handle that controlled the hot/cold water in the shower was loose and therefore difficult to control pressure and temperature. Although we had a terrace it was very difficult to open and close the sliding door. Although the character of the property was unique the facility needs some TLC.

Central AC는 30년 전에 중단되었습니다. 60강철과 슬래브 구조에서 따뜻한 흐릿한 느낌을 만들려고 시도했지만 여전히 오래된 상자입니다. 직원들은 정중하면서도 도착 전에 문제를 고객에게 알리기 위해 노력하지 않았습니다. 마음이 바뀌십니까? 물론입니다. 취소 규정을 위반하고 오후 4에 즉석에서 새 장소를 찾으려고 시도합니다. 행운을 빕니다. 정말 상황이 좋지 않았습니다. 내 금액은 5월 일까지 에어컨 수리를 건드릴 사람이 없다고 말합니다. 아무런 조치도 취하지 않습니다 ( 전략 계획 ) 겨울 고객; 행운을 빕니다.

Labor day weekend everything broken not working. No TV service on Football opening weekend, no AC, broken ice machine. No offer of any compensation not even a free drink or breakfast voucher. No way to book somewhere else because of holiday.

After waiting for about 30 min to check in, it was challenging to bring all my luggage to the room. The hotel has too many stairs and a long way to the elevator.
