Good location. Not impressed with front desk, hotel or amenities. Pool smelled bad and did not seem very clean.

This was one of the best holiday inn properties I've ever been to. The decor was bright and inviting the pool was clean and very well maintained. Most of the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff were nice. The room was clean and well maintained, great beach and view of the pool from our room. There were only 2 down sides, 1.) We weren't given the information about resort amenities that were available to us upon check in, we don't know bikes are included to use. 2.) The elevator closest to our room was out. Which caused long waits to go up and down. Other than those two things the hotel was perfect.
Clean, comfortable, nice view and no odor.

We enjoyed our stay. We frequently stay in an IHG hotel and enjoy our stay. However, this place you have to buy your breakfast in a tourist area and when did. Hospitality made the stay worth it all! Friendly people and I kept up their names during check in was Don, great guy. During checkout was Yazzmen or Yassmen who was friendly and helpful. Everything and everyone was nice, I like the idea to gain extra points if you didn’t housekeeping. Try the place, I think you will enjoy your stay, we did!

The staff at B Jiggers were amazing! Loved the live music! Jose and Juanita top notch! All the staff were personable and professional!
I am not a smoker, property was non-smoking except on the balcony apparently! Some mornings, evenings were tricky enjoying the views but worked around it!
Two elevators on the property, one not operational and the other very slow and not working one morning.
Overall a great birthday wknd for me! We will return soon!

Beds need work and room A/C needs work close to the beach great ocean views, nice swimming pool, front counter staff very friendly and knowledgeable knew me and greeted me by my full name. Food was ok not a gourmet meal but ok.

Really enjoyed my 5 night stay at this location! All the staff were very nice and helpful with any of our needs. The pool was great and there is lots of fun stuff to do on the property for kids and families.

Staff was the best part! The rooms have been renovated very nicely. Heres everything that didnt do it for me tho....Pulling behind the building to park was sketch. Felt like the back of a sketchy motel 6. They charge $20 a night for parking. I've only ever seen that in downtown parking at high rise hotels. not on the property as if we can park anywhere else. Also I paid A LOT and paid for a high floor. We got the 6th out of 8 and was right over the pool where I got to hear loud music and kids alllll day and into bedtime. You also pay an amenity fee. Most of the amenities are for kids there. We never used the pool because you couldn't even bring your own food or drinks in. We ordered room service one night. Asked for a side of ranch. They forgot it. My husband called back and they sent 4 and charged me $8. It was ridiculous. They nickel and dime you there. I couldve gone to cancun for 3 nights and spent less $. We normally just rent a house ON the beach when we go down and pay less. Lesson learned.

First of all, Brandon was outstanding in my chicken. Very friendly, very knowledgeable.
My stay was outstanding. My fellow peers were very nice and.
I feel. Very comfortable in my own skin as well. As definitely recommend to everyone based on the pool and hot tub.

All services were top tier. The cleaning staff was especially excellent with timely service. The restaurant staff was also fantastic and friendly to my family.

We had an excellent time! As always! The restaurant, jetties, to jiggers, close proximity to all the attractions, the beach, the view, the staff… we love this hotel!
