Although the location of this hotel is not very convenient and the room is slightly smaller than those in other Hualuxe Hotels, the attentive and friendly service from the staff, along with the elegant and comfortable decor in both the rooms and public areas, easily makes these minor flaws feel negligible. Every staff member I and my wife encountered had a sincere and warm attitude, which I believe stems from their dedication and passion for their work.
From the moment we entered the hotel, the concierge, Alan, promptly assisted us with the check-in process. Since we arrived early and the room was not ready, he generously provided us with two welcome drink vouchers, allowing us to sit and relax in the bar next to the lobby while savoring our drinks as we waited for the room to be prepared. About ten minutes later, he returned to inform us that our room was ready, and we could head up anytime after enjoying our beverages.
While the room was not large, the furnishings reflected the designer’s appreciation for Chinese aesthetic culture, exuding a subtle and elegant atmosphere. The integration of Chinese cultural elements in the decor enhances the overall sojourn experience.
For dinner, we dined at the Chinese restaurant, Cai Feng Lou 釆丰樓, where the restaurant manager, Wendy, was kind and attentive, personally explaining each dish to us. Her attention given to the presentation and explanation of dishes adds to the overall enjoyment of the meal. The exquisite and delicious food, with the quintessential ambiance, provided us with an enjoyable dining experience.
When it was time to say goodbye, Alan not only arranged a taxi for us but also personally escorted us to the car. Before we left, he surprised us with a small gift as a keepsake, which perfectly capped off our stay.
Final thoughts: The level of personal service provided by the staff, such as Wendy and Alan, significantly contributes to a memorable stay, making guests feel valued and appreciated.
The thoughtful gestures, like the welcome drinks and farewell gift, demonstrate the hotel's commitment to exceptional customer service and creating lasting memories for guests
New hotel great service but mosquito in room

It is a good new hotel in terms of condition and room amenities. Lounge is still not ready after few months opening. The experience this stay is not good as there is a mosquito in room which bit me several times. Although staff responded quickly but still affected sleep.

We just had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms are beautifully designed with captivating Chinese-style decor that adds a unique and elegant touch. The hotel;s overall decoration and design are simply magnificent.
A special shoutout to the Hualuxe Ambassador - Kerwin, whose service was nothing short of exceptional. His commitment to putting guests first truly stood out. I had previously mentioned an issue with the room's air conditioning, and I was pleasantly surprised to see it addressed during this visit. Thanks to Kerwin and the attentive staff, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a blend of traditional charm and modern luxury!
Elegant hotel, uneven standard

Hotel and room very elegant & well-designed--even better than IC, Indigo & CP in China, which are better than those in the UK or US to begin with. Front-desk staff very courteous.
Which makes one wonder why food quality is sub-Hualuxe: roughly at Holiday Inn level. With few guests for a new hotel, breakfast food quantity & variety can be rightly cut to reduce wastage; there were too many mediocre dishes (especially dim-sum & rice rolls), nothing memorable in quality (EVEN has better-quality breakfast, not to mention IC, Indigo & CP).
Reduced executive lounge benefits pose a real issue. PM tea is fine, but happy hour is limited to 1 bowl of noodles with a "randomly assigned" cold dish with NO choice; there are varieties one may not eat (e.g. chicken's feet, spicy lotus root). In IHG China hotels, happy hour is a mini-buffet where (1) free choice is a basic principle; (2) we can eat to the full. I have never wasted food in my life, but the above points are basic logic. I've stayed at HI Shenzhen Nanshan; with a lounge under decoration, they maintained a mini-buffet on 1/F. I just stayed at CP Zhongshan Wing On city; with very few guests one night, they offered a small menu with choice, and even the main dish could be reordered (no wastage). Hualuxe's happy hour is unworthy of its brand. The lounge can be closed until it makes better sense to reopen, but there is a smarter, less miserly way to maintain standards. As a last resort, even cancelling pm tea and doing a better-quality happy hour mini-buffet makes better sense.

This hotel has the great sevice. Its winter here. And the room is a little bit cold for me. Hence, I feedback that to the counter and the manager provide electric heater immediately. Its a good service experience.

I stayed at the Shenzhen Bao'an on Christmas Day for one night as I had an early flight the next morning, the Hotel had a great buffet Christmas Dinner and the Staff were very attentive. The Front desk clerk during the morning checkout was very helpful. I believe her name was Anna.

I stayed with my family, booked 4 rooms. Form the very first minute Shaheen and Alan, took care of us and made sure we felt at home, they paid attention to every detail. Check-in was fast and smooth. We had some issues during our stay but both Alan and Shaheen were very proactive and provided quick and creative solutions. Hannah in the Chinese restaurant dlivered for us a 5 star fine dining experience both times we went there.
Facilities are new and amazing. Staff is very nice, very proactive and very well trained. We will come back there for sure!

We have been there for 1 week and there was nothing that wasn't Bad, People who work where so nice and friendly.
The food was more than enough.THe rooms where clean and luxoury .
I only can tell to make a reservation in this Hotel..
