Not a real clean location, shop around first

Was given a door card for my "cleaned" room, open the door and smacked in the face with a thick smell of cigarette smoke. So heavy this was irritating my sinuses. On my way back to the lobby noticed the #2 (second level) button on the elevator was stuck so every time using the elevator those in the elevator get to stop at the 2nd floor each elevator ride.
Went to front desk to swap rooms and confirm this hotel was a smoke free hotel (there are signs everywhere that note that smoking in the hotel is prohibited) and was told "people do what they want". Received my new room key card, open this new room door and found poop floating in the "cleaned" room so flushed that and started my evening in the room.
That next morning went to take a shower and the drain was clogged. Again a "cleaned: room I guess those that clean the shower after each visit missed this some how. Made it through all this and left out. Not going back to this location in the future.
Please do your research and plan to stay at a cleaner hotel.

We booked this hotel for a trip to Kings Island. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and provided all of the amenities we needed. This hotel stocks their bathrooms/showers with Dove products which was a nice addition. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the room/bathroom and loved that they have a 24 hour coffee service available. The breakfast was as expected and we appreciated the longer times for breakfast on the weekends till 10 am. While we did not utilize the pool/gym they were both available. Parking was well lit and the lobby offered lots of seating as well as additional outdoor space for gathering. While the location of the hotel to Kings Island is approx 18 minutes away - we enjoyed the lower price and didn't mind the extra drive.

Overall, the say was good. Late check-in, our lamp didn't work, main bathroom in the downstairs was constantly out of toilet paper, and our door didn't lock in our room. The people that worked there were nice.

This has always been my stay location when in town.
This was my first poor review and hope desk clerk does a better job responding to loyal customer. I requested a king but gave me queen, never mentioned a member or offered amenities.
I’ll still stay here but may need to look at options of other hotels on block.
Bad service- changed my reservation without tellin

Hotel staff Blamed me for changing the reservation that had been confirmed 2 weeks and 2 days before check in and had email confirmation. issue was with check in date, but hotel staff changed check out date on their own without telling us and acted surprised we didn’t be check out when they put. took 10 hrs of bad customer service to resolve and customer service had to do it. Rude staff and even if it was my fault (it really wasn’t) blaming the customer is tacky especially if you can see the issue and customer has proof. Used my reward points without permission to resolve issue after 10 hrs of stress

Staff were super nice and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable! Checking in was easy! The automatic system was a bit faulty but the people/ staff were great!

Polecam ten hotel, o ile nie musisz mieć WiFi. Przytnij lub wymień drzewa i krzewy wokół parkingów. Wszystko inne jest naprawdę dobre!

Ja i moi przyjaciele zatrzymaliśmy się tu w czerwcu. Nasz hotel był wspaniałym doświadczeniem. Lokalizacja była idealna, a hotel był czysty i komfortowy z przyjaznym personelem.

Ostatni hotel Holiday Inn Express, w którym się zatrzymaliśmy w pobliżu Indianapolis, był złym doświadczeniem. Trochę się tym denerwowaliśmy. Ale ten hotel był doskonały od początku do końca. Było cicho, było czysto, a śniadanie było świetne.
