The best smelling most comfortable hotel we’ve ever stayed in! The hospitality of the ladies at the front desk was amazing!! My family enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious and had several options!

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good — when there was enough of it. Unfortunately, both mornings we ate, they ran out of food due to how busy it was. Our room had several issues: a broken bathroom door handle, a broken shampoo dispenser, and the outlet by the bed didn’t work, making it hard to charge our phones. Decent stay overall, but the maintenance could use some attention.

Clean and convenient location. Beds very comfortable

Didn’t even have enough pillows for the two beds. Went and asked reception and lady just shrugged shoulders and said we had a lot show up.

Breakfast stayed empty with certain items for a while and never saw anyone.

As Diamond member I’ve stayed in a lot of IHG and this one was one of worst service wise

We struggled in several different ways of getting checked in. The room temperature control was not working properly. Overall, my son went to take his girlfriend on a nice weekend for her birthday and the stay was their low light moment of the entire trip.

Great quiet place to stay! Enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and how upgraded all of the amenities were. The staff and rooms were perfect.

Our stay at this location was great rooms clean staff super nice, breakfast was good ans dining area clean. The room was clean and had plenty of room.

It was great for the price, nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. The location is close to the Boardwalk and other attractions.

I booked with my family and friends rate for a my family member through the ihg app the owner and manger argued me down about the flex rate is an employee rate the owner and manager argued me down I had to send proof that the flex rate is family and friends that hotel was rude and very disrespectful I would never allow an employee feel that way at my hotel I had to contact ihg regarding this matter

Excellent hotel to stay in. Hot breakfast with pancakes, eggs, omelets, fruit, desserts - well maintained. Close to the place we where we were attending a convention. Easy access on Nasa Parkway to get anywhere around the water! Only a 5 minute drive to Kemah Boardwalk and 8 minute drive to Nasa Space Center.
The employees were professional and courteous. Room was spacious and clean - 50" tv was great although there was no movie channel like HBO or Showtime -
We would certainly stay there again - it is literally only 5 minutes from a number of good restaurants.
