We were leaving out on a cruise and decided to stay at this resort. It was super good friendly. The food service was spectacular. They’re also allergen friendly, which is wonderful. We were super impressed with all the staff on site.

A very good resort and newly renovated. Staff were very friendly and polite. My status was well recognized here. I will definitely recommend it. Beautiful amenities and close to the beach.

No early check-in before 4 unless you are willing to fork over $60- pretty ridiculous and excessive. I've never experienced it before anywhere in the world. They don't answer the phones and nobody mentioned it anywhere on the hotel booking website. Rooms were nicely remodeled but not the hallways and elevators. They're kinda gross. We were told by not a very friendly female clerk that we can change in the bathroom downstairs and go across the street to the beach lol - unless we pay extra for our paid for hotel room that's just sitting there. Pretty ridiculous and greedy. Were later told that it got bought out by the Landrys that own St Louis hotel next door and that's their policy, insert eyeroll.
A comfortable room for a special weekend

We celebrated a birthday weekend here and had a very nice time. The room was comfortable, and clean. The pool and hot tub were a nice treat. Easy access to the beach across Seawall Blvd. I will stay here again.

The hotel is fantastic and so is the staff. Everyone very friendly and helpful. If you are going on a cruise it’s a great place to stay - leave your car parked and a bus will take you and pick you up from the ship terminal.

Great place to stay. The pool was super clean with great f&b service. We enjoyed having lunch and drinks poolside. The room was comfortable and the location to the beach is fantastic.

Centrally located in Galveston Island it's close to anything you'd like to do. Almost everything is within walking distance and the staff is amazing! They were so helpful during my stay! Highly recommend this hotel if you want a lovely weekend in Galveston!

Nice hotel and amenities. Clean and comfortable, good location. Friendly staff willing to help you. I do not agree regarding charge for parking. At the pool I was asked to change my swim attire due to a complaint. I am male wearing a ,”men’s cheekikini”. Not a thong. I saw women wearing skimpy bikinis that had 65%less coverage than what I was wearing. Yet they were not asked to leave or change. We saw them at pool ever afternoon for three days. I feel that this could be bias and felt like reverse discrimination. I would stay there again though.

our room was nice and cool, the view was great. We had coffee from downstairs and it was enjoyable. The biggest issue for us is the amount of taxes we were hit with at the end of our stay. We ended up with close to $300 worth of taxes that we did not budget for. This would be helpful to provide at the front and not at the end of the stay.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been in my entire life. I will never ever stay in any holiday inn hotel. Sketchy and dirty environment. I booked the Hilton after a worthless night spent in the pathetic place. This place ruined my travel experience with my significant partner.
