The hotel manager Tasama, may be spelled wrong, not friendly at all, our reservation included free breakfast but she said it didn't and when I verified it priceline she still refused to admit it so we could get reinversed

Check In Staff was excellent even though I wasn't recognized as club member. My room was available early which was a plus but upon entrance to room it had a muskee or an oversprayed fragrance smell mixed in. After airing out it was fine. On check out was different the lady was not friendly would not do her portion of paperwork of the hotel address advised me I had to do it. Of the cheap fake long fingernails may have had something to do with it.

Great spot - need to fix amenities

The place is nice but both times we have visited amenities have needed to be repaired. Both stays the hot tub jets weren’t working the whole time. Most of the fire pits weren’t working. That said I would still go back.

The premium walkthrough room was great. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The location and grounds were perfict
I have stayed at IHG for over 100 nights this year so far and was able to book on points.

Not a super fancy hotel. But if you're looking for a clean room with a great view from the balcony and an overall relaxing experience, then this is your hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay to this hotel and the island. It was very relaxing and slow paced. The hotel had everything we needed, including a nice bar and dining room. Next time I would request a room closer to amenities, as the buildings are stretched out over an AWSOME oceanfront.

Affordable option with beach access

This Holiday Inn is a great option for those of us looking for an affordable beach stay. It brings back memories of the old coastal hotels. I loved hacking a. First floor option for my Mom and being so close tot he beach.

My stay was wonderful and I would come back anytime! The staff was very welcoming, the person in charge of meetings honored my special price for my room, and the waitresses in the restaurant were awesome.

Hotel is nice, grounds are well kept. Building and rooms need some attention. Breakfast was ok, lunch much better, had a good salad and meat lovers pizza. We're given a room partially with a view of the ocean partially blocked by the restaurant. Booked this stay well in advance expected a room with an unobstructed view.
