I have stayed at this hotel and have liked everything. However, this stay my room had mold on the ceiling and on top of the bed. Also turning the hot water on was noisy and it seemed like the pipe was going to pop. Honestly, its not nice not to upkeep the rooms. I did mention it to front desk on check out. They are not at fault. But honestly dont rent rooms if you have this issue.

The state of that location many times in the past, I like the location of the hotel off of the main road and it’s proximity to the highways!

Overall a great place to go if you have kids we got the king room with two sets of bunk beds and had an amazing time. From the dinner vouchers for the kids at the Applebees. To the drinks at the bar. And last but not least the amazing checkin staff.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff.Excellent property. The proximity to Disney is great. Shuttles are a plus. Would like to return. Food was fantastic. Highly recommend this property for others to visit. We really liked the staff.

I have stayed in many Holiday Inn properties, so I was expecting basic service for the price I paid. The hotel is well located and staff is outstanding, but the property is dated and food quality is very bad with only ultra processed food options for breakfast. My room was dirty upon checking and the staff offered a deep clout not charge of room. I would recommend to invest a bit more for a better option.

I have stayed here twice now and I will be coming back. Its a clean affordable hotel perfectly located to go to Disney. It has a fully managed pool area and the condition of the hotel make me want to return more in the future.

Excellent choice when not staying on Disney property. Extremely close to Disney Springs. Room was huge and comfortable. I lucked out and room was ready early. Grandkids enjoyed the pool.

Another great stay at the Holiday Inn. This was our 3rd or 4th stay and we love it. This was a special occasion for us as my wife has just retired and we were celebrating. I mentioned this to the lady who checked us in, who I think was called Carol ? and she immediately upgraded our room and gave us a room with a balcony, overlooking the pool. That, on it's own was a great start to our stay. The staff at the hotel are very courteous and friendly and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. There are a few decent restaurants within walking distance, which is always nice, and the Tiki bar is a good place for a nightcap. Both Matt and Raphael were fun, friendly and talkative behind the bar. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and we wiil be back. Thank you Holiday Inn.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks and it was absolutely perfect for our holiday it is clean all the staff were fantastic and the hotel is in the perfect location for all the parks

Years and years ago my friend and I stayed here when we were both Florida residents and came for the 3-day Disney Pass they had back then. We loved this hotel and it's proximity to the parks. Now we were back, happy to find that the hotel was still great, still had great employees, the rooms and amenities were still perfect. I will be back at least twice a year and I will continue to recommend this hotel to friends and family.
