Hotel did not feel like holiday inn felt like like a cheap old hotel. Rooms were out dated and the elevator was not working at times. Good shuttle to disney. No free breakfast.

Upon arrival we were provided a family suite, and given all information needed. The team member who checked us in was welcoming and friendly. Everyone we interacted with were kind and courteous. The breakfast buffet at the adjacent Applebee's was delicious and you can't beat the discount! Our Server Timmy was also great! The staff did a fantastic job at making sure we felt safe, comfortable, and that our room was always cleaned efficiently. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The hotel staff were professional and helpful. My nice enjoyed her time at the hotel. The heated swimming pool was a great addition. She and her friends want to return to the hotel. She recommended it to her friends.

Overall it is a great place to stay. Only issue was the hot tubs for the first couples days were luke warm and the pillows in the room were also not comfortable, lost their shape quickly.

The staff is all super nice and always has a smile on their face. The security is top notch and made me feel safe while I was there. The food is Applebee's, and the kids only eat free if an adult buys an entree and each adult only gets two kids per purchase.

The location of the hotel is very good within close proximity of all the parks. The rooms were large and clean, however they do lack in the mini bar / condiments provide in the room. Bathroom was nice and functional, however be carful as the shower does spray lots of water onto the floor.

Great location, staff Great. Bathroom fan didn't work. Staff assigned another family to our room our 2nd day. They walked in our room while my son was resting and daughter and I downstairs eating. Somehow computer showed us a no show. Added some "worry" to remaining stay wondering if anyone else would come in while we were at Disney.

Selected this Resort for a weekend stay (2 nights) after returning from a cruise porting in Cape Canaveral, thinking it would be a nice wrap up from vacation; rent a car stay a couple of days in the Orlando since we were there. I was wrong. It started out seemingly to be good. The desk person when I checked in was very friendly, lobby area was clean. Walk to the our 3rd floor room, hallway was clean. There were 2 housekeepers in the hallway, one lady one man, that did not bother to speak. Got to the room and it was a corner room, so it was large. Everything looked clean. The hotel had 2 whirlpool hot tubs so were looking forward to experiencing that. There was a poolside Tiki bar. Well 1 hot tub had working jets, BUT the water was cold - problem with heating system. The other was warmer, BUT the jets did not work properly - problem with flow. Multiple guest were complaining. A male staff member, older man, walked over to check the water in the tub noone was in and said, "oh yeah it's cold... I'll get the maintenance engineer to check it and get it going for you all." 7 guests waited at least 30 minutes, no maintenance person ever came. I went in to the front desk and asked if any reports about the hot tub not working and the young lady said, "No" and that she would "call the engineer". Me, my husband and 8 other guests all got into the one hot tub that was slightly warm. We and another guest complained about that and after a few minutes we could feel warmer water pumping into the tub, but then had to report it again to get more warm water. My husband and I went back to the room, did not even bother to check out the Tiki bar, we were so irritated. We were getting ready for dinner and kept hearing loud BOOMS, like something slamming. My husband went into the hallway and discovered that our corner room at the end of the hall was near the stairwell that had a broken door so every time someone went through it, it would SLAM. This was reported, and we were told.. you guessed it, "they would call the engineer". We literally did not sleep all night because of the door. Whomever was in and out until the early morning 2-3 am, then back at it again around 4am. We were so tired the next morning. What should have been an early rise, go to breakfast and then do some theme parks, ended up being us not leaving until around noon. Prior to me leaving I called the front desk and asked to speak with the manager, a female. I expressed my extreme frustration and disappointment. She replied with an apology for our experience and said..... "I will call the Engineering manager" I countered with this is all that is ever said, but no follow through. We will not tolerate another night without rest because of that door, have it fixed or at least prop it open securely so it does not slam. We went out, came back around 8pm, first thing we heard was the door slam. So I called the front desk again and was transferred to the PM manager, a male who said there was a work order entered about the door and he would personally go up WITH the engineering manager to check it. FINALLY had some peace and quiet. It should not have took all this. We did not even bother to report the room entry celling light blew out when we went to turn it on. I had also inquired about the room service, and was told they clean rooms "every 3rd day", but you can get extra towels. Excuse me? a resort? a resort under IHG? So I decided for my own personal verification, maybe I missed something in the fine print. Well this is what I found, "During your stay, housekeeping will be providing a Daily Room Refresh where we remove your trash, refresh amenities & towels and make your bed." Hmmmm. We had NO room service at all. On check-out, the desk staff asked how was our stay? I replied honestly and said "horrible" and summarized the issues. She offered to waive the resort fee. Should have waived more than that. Should have waived a nights stay, should have offered open voucher for an equivalent stay at another IHG hotel of our choice. A total waste of our money and disappointing end to what, up until our check-in here, had been a great week of vacation on a cruise. We will NOT be back.

I thought the hotel was very clean and was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff. The Applebee's was a great option for dinner as I was traveling all day and was hungry. Close proximity to Disneyworld for the price.
