We decided on this resort and its nice. We were a family of 6. So we needed two rooms. Unfortunately we were separated into two rooms on the opposite side but it wasn’t bad. Loved the availability on the facilities and how close they were to the park!

Rooms were spacious and clean free my desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location to Disney and I4 were perfect! Pool area was fun and pool looked great too!

Because we made our reservations thru a third party we didn’t get the room we requested and not able to utilize any of our IHG rewards benefits. We were right next to the elevator and stairs, our room faced the busy street in the front of the resort.
Expected Way More from a Holiday Inn Resort and a IHG Hotel

I was disappointed from the very beginning of my stay. My room looked like it was in a very old side of the hotel in which the only security measure was a rod iron gate that I found most of the time open. The room opened to the outside. I requested another room for security reasons and was told, "Sorry, this is the room we have for you". Then I went into the room and it smelled just like the older motels you go into forty years ago. They all have the same smell. The bathroom smelled strong of mold and old urine. The beds were fairly comfortable but the ourside lights were right by the window and the window dressing did not cover, so the room was very bright. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for about 20 minutes. I heard or saw no fire trucks or security going around. Most people just went back to their rooms, including me. Finally, I requested a receipt to be emailed to me and that was not done either. I had to call back the next day to get them to send me a receipt. With this Hotel in the area around Disney, there is a very large amount of competition. You need to be on your A game. This hotel during my stay was struggling to be on their C game. Would not recommend for this price. point.

The bed was comfortable, the bedding was soft, customer service was polite and helpful. The only downfall was the elevator in Tower A, we was on the fifth floor and the elevator started to shake once it got to the 4th floor. So we had to use the stairs which was the inconvenience for one of our members in our party because of a medical condition. Other than that this hotel was nice.
I enjoyed the waterpark however Uncomfortable bed and overpriced food and sunscreen

I enjoyed the waterpark and the access to an arcade, movie theatre. the cons of staying at this particular hotel i experienced were the following Uncomfortable bed and overpriced food and sunscreen. The sunscreen cost over 30 dollars and did not help. I applied several applications to my children, and they still burn significantly. I would stay there again if they changed their beds and limited the crowd in the pools.

Elevators were constantly getting stuck
Hallways were dirty and dark.
None accessible hotel.
Map was not at all helpful
Would not recommend

Check in was at 4:00pm, got there at 4:30pm. Had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready. Multiple other guests had to wait long as well. Shuttle was also late and the pick up and drop off times were weird.

The location was great and the shuttle service was convenient. Allison at the front desk was very helpful. Amenities were great. We’ll be back.
