It's a great location and usually very clean, but my room this time had hair on the bed pillows, bugs in the bathroom, and food crusted onto silverware.

Wonderful place to stay. Very friendly staff and great location. Enjoyed having a full fridge and kitchen to cook meals instead of eating out everyday. Just a short walk to our conference location across the street.

This hotel is very clean and in a great location.
Dominique the front desk check in lady was so nice and welcoming. Made checkin so smooth and nice.

New hotel well positioned for Disney parks and a number of good restaurants within walking distance
Rooms are spacious with a good kitchen area and large fridge freezer
Comfortable beds and no issues with noise from other guests which is a bonus!

After a long and active day at Disney, we decided to stay in Orlando instead of traveling back home that night. Booked the hotel kind of last minute. We were greeted with a big smile by Ileana who could tell how tired we were. She was so friendly and told us we would love our room and she was right! The room was clean, cozy and the bed was comfortable! The fact that it’s so close to the parks is amazing also. We said we would stay here next time we are in town.

Universal and Sea World Stay

The location of this property is perfect for a Disney, Universal, or Sea World stay. We checked in and took a ride share to Walmart to purchase groceries for the 10 days we were at the hotel. Saved money by eating in the hotel rather than in the park. $20 to get a rideshare to the parks. The room is starting to show its age but there wasn't anything wrong that was a major problem and we would stay here again without thinking twice.

Overall a nice place to stay at a most affordable price. Friendly staff and nice accommodations were well worth the price. I would recommend going there to all my family and friends

This seemed to be a good place to stay and was recommended by a relative. First impression was the odd entrance with no direction as to where to park and check in. We found a place and then located the proper door and check in was wrong room location as we wanted a lower floor and they had us on the 7th. With a bad hip and we didn't use elevators this was taken care of by the desk person. We moved to the 2nd floor and the room was clean and no odors to speak of even though it had a pet sticker on the fridge so I think it might have been used for pets as well as the 1st floor. All was great until it was time to go to bed and then it went wrong. The bed was very soft and by 3 am we both were aching so bad we got up and left the hotel to drive home. This might be the bed for someone else but not us. It is a shame due to the closeness of sights we wanted to see and do but we will look elsewhere next time.
