Learn how to dance Salsa!- the most representative dance expression of Cali, Colombia. You can also learn some merengue, cumbia & bachata which are popular in our latin culture.. There are several Salsa Dance Academies so you must ask our Concierge for the seasonal guide.

Walking around the streets of the San Antonio area is a must. Here you will find many Colombian artcrafts and coffee shops. The Architecture is unique and original, and is reminiscent of the colonial times. There are a variety of great restaurants to choose from in ths part of town. This area comes alive in the evenings with street musicians and storytellers.

Walk along the banks of the Cali River and see El Gato, a sculpture by artist Hernando Tejada. He donated his sculpture to the city in order to make the western side of the river a local attraction.

If you are curious, ask the Concierge to book tickets for you. The bullfighting season is in December/January during The Cali Fair. Bullfighting shows take place at the Plaza de Toros Cañaveralejo.
