Zhan Lu

Located on the 2nd floor of the hotel, Zhan Lu derived its name from one of the Lesser Courtly Songs in the Book of Odes, depicting a tipsy night banquet that continued all the way until dawn. The spatial design of the restaurant is in line with the oceanic image of the hotel. The luster and texture of coral reefs on the seabed reflect the expansive landscape of sea and mountain, whereas the contemporary, rounded lights and shades create a visual simulation of shallow ocean water.

Our WA RA Japanese restaurant is located on the 5th floor. Inspired by a fisherman's cooking technique that has been handed down from Japan's Edo period, the space design weaves out the artistic conception of rice straw fibre and spray bubble. The ancient cooking method calls for rice stalks to be burned in a fire. WA RA seats 124 diners and features a classic Japanese bar experience with nightly digital art shows.
