On the 17th floor of InterContinental Tashkent, Ember is an elegant steakhouse and sushi restaurant with panoramic sunset views. Its open kitchen and Argentinian fire grill serve halal dry aged US beef and Wagyu steaks, with sashimi and Asian flavours. A private dining room seats 10. Open daily from 12:00 to 23:00, with business lunch on weekdays from 12:00 to 14:30. Reservations recommended.
