Inner Circle Amenity
Customized Amenity: Inner Circle members will receive a customized in-room amenity that will include, to the best of the hotel's ability, a favorite snack and beverage, based on their custom preferences, during each qualified stay at all participating Kimpton Hotels. Specific delivery times, brands, and sizes are not guaranteed and vary by hotel. Inner Circle members can enter these preferences in their online profile by signing into their account at www.ihgrewardsclub.com, dialing the Inner Circle VIP line or by calling 1-888-695-4678.
Free Night at New Hotels
Complimentary Night at New Hotels: Inner Circle members may enjoy one free night at participating new hotels during the designated offer period, which is at the hotel’s discretion generally within the first six months of opening. The dates available may vary by participating hotel. The free night stay may not be booked until the benefit dates have been made public. The free night benefit is valid for a deluxe category room and the Inner Circle upgrade benefit may not be confirmed in advance of check-in. Blackout dates do apply and allotments may sell out. Restaurant Recognition: Inner Circle members will be recognized as a VIP at all Kimpton-managed restaurants. It is up to each Inner Circle member to identify themselves and their status to the restaurant staff in order to receive VIP recognition. VIP recognition includes a complimentary chef's taste (up to the discretion of each restaurant and chef), best table available and priority reservations. During the dinner hours, not applicable toward breakfast or lunch. These hotels do not have Kimpton managed restaurants: Kimpton Hotel Eventi, Kimpton Hotel Wilshire, Kimpton Ink48 Hotel, Kimpton George Hotel, Kimpton Buchanan Hotel, Kimpton Carlyle Hotel Dupont Circle, Kimpton Schofiled Hotel.

This number is available in the Inner Circle welcome kit, which is mailed when status is granted, and in the monthly Inner Circle email statement. Access to our CEO and his executive team is provided to give feedback about your Kimpton experiences. The VIP Phone line may be used for experiences with all other IHG® brands and other travel requests.
