Order colourful seasonal salads, freshly baked focaccia and Santù coffee, made with speciality beans grown in Espírito Santo, Brazil. Enjoy it hot, iced or cold brewed, with collagen, lion’s mane or ashwagandha if your supplements didn’t make the suitcase. Come afternoon, coffee gives way to spritzes, cocktails, and wine as The Garden finds its second wind.
