Hotel was nice. Hot tub jets were broken. Dust all over the bathroom floor. Price and location was great for what we were there for.

The gentlemen at the front desk helped me to fix my computer. later on that i find out that he's the front desk manager. Thank him for me.

As i stated in my comments before. When you check in to the hotel the card that is given up on check in should be used of at least as the guest the proper card to use. Don't use the card that is on file without the permission of the guest.

Maybe more training for night shift clerks on how to make your coffee machine work. Coffee was very good when they got it right.

The suite was truly wheelchair accessible.
The Staff was very caring and assisted my attendant unload my chair and luggage. Will stay there again
when in that vicinity.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was clean and comfortable. Even thought the parking lot was full didn't hear a lot of noise.

Really like the staff, we are getting to know them and one of the front desk acknowledge that he knew our home area well since had lived there. They are not always perfect, but they always try!
