    Good property if TV reliability and channel choice not important.

    This hotel is in a great location if you are visiting the east side of Indy. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. On this visit the cart tires were properly inflated. However, if Fox News Channel is important to you, then stay somewhere else. This property's owners, for some strange reason, subscribes to Dish TV so not only is the TV very unreliable in even a light rain (sound and picture both cut out a lot), but also they do not have Fox News Channel. Rooms are well designed, the cleaning staff does a good job, and the price is right. So if you don't care about Fox News, then this place should be great for you.

    We had a two day stay. We discovered our room had not been cleaned nor any towels or essentials replaced after the first evening. I did not report it because we were checking out the following morning. We had what we needed till the next morning. NOTE: We also DID NOT put the "Do Not Disturb" placard on the door knob.

    Dear Ramtac714, I am so absolutely sorry for your experience at our hotel. The staff certainly would have moved you to another room. The only explanation was that you were accidentally put into a room that was mistakenly put into the system as clean, but was obviously dirty. I don't know if you have spoken with the hotel manager. Please feel free to call her directly at (317) 495-6600. Again, I'm terribly sorry for this experience. It is our goal to provide outstanding customer service and we obviously failed.
