Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by no maid service Just stayed here (Kenosha, WI) for four days (May-14). What I'm not seeing people or the hotel talk about is that they don't clean your room or give you fresh towels. On my second day I asked if they could clean my room today. They looked up my number and said I was only staying four days so I would have no maid service! I had to take my dirty towels down to the front desk in exchange for fresh ones. The A/C unit is set up on motion in the room, and I might add you can't adjust the fan setting. Every night I would wake up hot and have to turn the A/C down to get it to kick on for another 30 minutes or how long it was until it went off again, I have never seen something like that in my life. Lastly, I was woke up at 4AM even though I'm on the second floor because a bunch of construction workers who were staying there extended periods were allowed to drink in the outside BBQ area. Who allows guests to sit outside and drink until 4AM until they start waking up guests. What is the point of staying at this place if you don't have hotel services, just for kitchentte and full size fridge. I could have stayed at other (regular hotels) for the same price, I will add I was using my military discount so maybe for others that might make the difference. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel in the United States in my life. Couldn't sleep, no trash or bed service, and had to get my own towels. I have to go back again next year and defintely will not even consider this place, even if it was 20 dollars cheaper a night. I want to stay in a hotel, that is what I'm paying for. June 5, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Take a Cold Shower I am a 25 year veteran of staying at hotels and lost track of the different precious metal card levels I have attained. What I want in a hotel is simple: peace & quiet, quiet bed, cleanliness and properly functioning engineering. I was located in a quiet room, the bed was comfortable, the HVAC functioned well, the toilet flushed properly and the sink and shower drains drained. All of the lights were functional. The cardinal sin of them all, the shower water temperature fluctuated severely from hot to cool and then stayed cool.. You've got to have consistent hot water! There is no breakfast but the hotel has a store where you can purchase food items that can be microwaved. Back to the Holiday Inn Express up the street for consistent hot water and a breakfast. I recommend this property if they fix the hot water system. April 22, 2014

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel desk staff is great and allowed us to get our room ahead of schedule which was nice as we had traveled 61/2 hrs. and still had a funeral to get to. We will definitely stay there again and again and again.... April 15, 2014
