Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Booked thru Holiday Inn Express Holiday Inn was booked and they referred me to Candlewood. Check-in was great since we arrived late after 11:30 PM. The elevator worked to get us to the second floor but next day it was not working. Had to use the stairs and the stairwell smelled rotten. My room AC unit was dripping condensation under so the carpet was obviously wet there. Slight dank smell in the room. Stayed only two nights out of the 4 nights booked. On checkout, the ceiling tile was removed above the checkout desk with a bucket placed there to catch a drip. Hotel must have moisture problems. August 25, 2014

We were treated almost like family. Candlewood offers an on-site convenience 'store', plus (anytime) free coffee - which is also excellent, by the way! We would definitely recommend Candlewood Suites! August 24, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by No Phone number? Checking out early in the morning I did not have a receipt provided to me. There was not one slid under my door and no one was available at the front desk. When I tried to call back to get a receipt the number provided for the hotel listed on my Itinerary and listed online, never picked up. I was never able to get a receipt for this hotel. The overall stay was pleasant though. July 24, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Scrapbook Weekend I was really disappointed in the new manager's inability to do her duties. As a hotel manager it is her job to ensure that each person that books a room/suite gets what they booked. She failed at this. She gave my friends and I two rooms for free since the people would not leave or rather were not made to leave, which is fine, but if she had two rooms to give to us why didn't she move the other people. In addition, the fact that she waited until 2:15 to call, 45 minutes prior to check in is inexcusable. June 27, 2014
