Gutes Hotel in der Nähe vom Flughafen mit gutem Shuttle Service, freundliches Personal, schöne große Zimmer, etwas dunkel. Gutes Fischlokal in der Nähe auf der Ecke.

Coffee service

I drink lots of coffee and drink it all hours of the day, and night. Not having complementary coffee in the lobby area to me is a negative. Coffee service in room does not have enough items: sugar and cream.

comfy room and bed- indifferent and offensive desk service

hotel discriminates against customers based on what you, or your business pays to use the facility. management will not post frequent stay loyalty program credit if you are on a corporate rate, discounted rate, or over sale rate (internet resellers and the like).

Staff at front desk is slow, rude, inattentive, and seems to be distracted by other thoughts and paperwork, rather than being attentive to the customers approaching.

Angry, argumentative, difficult, cold, are all good descriptive words for the desk staff.

For the benefit of future guests, yes you are correct the room rate can and will affect room type allocation. This will be felt more during high demand periods. Loyalty point consideration is subject to booking source, settlement instructions and rate eligibility level, which is adjusted according to season. Loyalty program benefits will always be honored.
